Terms of use
The voucher is subject to availability due to capacity and our sales policy. The voucher can only be used on the basis of an e-mail or telephone reservation, the reservation is valid only after the date has been reconfirmed by the hotel. The stay voucher can be used for 1 year from the date of purchase. The price of the voucher does not include the local tax of 2,00 €/ person/ night.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other hotel services.
