Pri príchode zima na izbe, ale personál ihneď konal, takže bolo všetko v poriadku.

Páčilo sa nám ako bol ples zorganizovaný, počnúc usadením hostí (páry a skupinky), hudba a výber skladieb, tanečná sála (na tomto plese sa dalo naozaj výborne tancovať) a aj bufet s večerou a občerstvením. Boli sme veľmi spokojní s prístupom personálu. Raňajky boli vynikajúce. SPA sa nám tiež veľmi páčilo. Vzhľadom na predĺžený check out po plese o 12:00 sme SPA využili krátko aj v deň odchodu. Ocenili sme, že na izbe bol elektrický ohrievač, pretože vzhľadom na ročnú dobu bolo dosť chladno, ohrievač rýchlo ohrial izbu (#12) a mohli sme ho vypnúť ešte pred plesom.

Ďakujeme za možnosť stráviť čas v prekrásnom a očarujúcom Chateau Bela. Termín sme nemohli vybrať lepšie - romantické chateau zasypané snehom, ticho a personalizovaný profesionálny prístup celého personálu. Blahoželám Vám k vytvoreniu atmosféry a ku kontinuálnemu kultivovaniu kultúry prostredia. Prajem všetko najlepšie a odporúčam pobyt všetkým známym. Ešte raz ďakujeme, všetko dobé :).
